Cassie M. Nolin is the Founder and Head Coach of OST. She has trained for 12 years under Boston Ballet & Alvin Ailey Professional and 30 year Studio Owner Karen Brown. She has been dancing since she was 6 years old, and helping out with classes since she was 8 years old. She taught her first class in 2010 and has been teaching for 8 years, coaching for 5 years, and running OST for the fourth year in a row. Cassie was training with the hopes of becoming a pre-professional dancer until she was diagnosed with RSD/CRPS and EDS Stage III. She has been battling that for the past 8 years in 80% of her body. She has overcome all the odds, but because of all the injuries and treatments, she was not able to continue with her career. Thankfully she started coaching and is using her knowledge and continuing to grow in the field of Dance Medicine and Exercise Science. She also runs RSD/CRPS 4 a Cure, which she founded in 2012. Cassie is a public speaker and raises awareness for these rare diseases. Cassie was also on the Fitchburg State Performance Team and certified Zumba Instructor. Cassie is currently studying Exercise Science at FSU, has her EFTC (Flexibility Training Certification) her concentrations are: turnout, foot & ankle strengthening, true splits, self massage, lower back & posture, and whole body dynamic stretching and is planning to go to New York next summer (2018) to get her Certification in Dance Medicine Rehabilitation Specialties. She is also a certified dance teacher and trainer, and is currently going for 2 ACSM and NSCA national board certifications. Cassie is committed to achieving the best care for each and every dancer while recognizing that every dancer requires individual care and treatment plans. She has worked with dancers suffering from various neuropathic pain conditions, EDS, scoliosis, tendonitis, and diabetes. She is furthering the world of dance medicine through innovative research studies and working to make dance medicine more accessible to the North East.

CFO- Jared Nolin

Jared Nolin, has been the silent and creative supporter of our Founder & CEO Cassie since the company started in 2014. He has his degree in business and has a passion for working with athletes, although he does more "behind the scenes" work with OST. He and Cassie got married this past April after knowing her since they were 7 years old. He has battled these illnesses alongside her and has been able to keep the company going even when she has been ill at times. After watching Cassie lose her first career, he made a commitment to her and this company that he would help make sure that other dancers didn't go through what he saw Cassie go through. He has enjoyed all of the dancers he has worked with, and Cassie consistently says that he is the cement that holds this program together.  Jared is currently getting two NSCA and ACSM certifications and will become an assistant trainer in Spring 2018!

Jared was an all-star athlete from New Hampshire and still enjoys playing soccer, basketball, and volleyball. All athletes have to have a certain drive to get to the top, and he cannot wait to start training dancers in the spring and help them rise to the top of their game.
